Consent to the location of a registered office
- We will issue consent to the location of a registered office while you wait.
- We can also secure a copy of an entry in the real estate cadastre, but the authorities no longer require that you provide this.
Entry of the registered office in the Commercial Register
- We will arrange the entry of your registered office in the Commercial Register free-of-charge (preparation of application, filing the application with the court, communication with the court, guarantee of entry).
Stating the name of the company at the relevant address
- Companies are duly stated on the building and comply with all statutory requirements.
- The name and Company Number of a company must be visibly stated at its registered office.
Collecting mail
- We will collect all incoming mail on your behalf.
Informing you of incoming mail by e-mail
- You will receive news that you have received some mail on the date on which the mail arrives at the relevant address.
- We can also forward your mail to you, for a surcharge, or scan it, again for a surcharge.
Free hire of a meeting room
- We will provide you with a meeting room where you can meet clients or authorities, free-of-charge.
Contract on the Provision of Administrative Services
- The contract is entered into for an indefinite duration – the price of the registered office is linked to the length of the contract (see price list).
How to go about obtaining a registered office from us
A meeting in person at our office
- If you come into our office, we are able to arrange everything while you wait (signing the contract, payment for the registered office, issuing consent to the registered office).
- We recommend contacting us in advance to agree on a specific time for the meeting.
Remote provision of a registered office
- We are also able to provide you with a registered office without you coming into our office – we will send the contract regarding the registered office to you by e-mail, the payment for the registered office is made by bank transfer into our account and we will then send you consent to the registered office by post.
